– a brilliant modern design, winning a massive $10,000 cash prize.
Runner up to the Best of Show is Stonefields Honey by Meredith Budd
winning $400 cash and a choice of Janome sewing machine valued at $3,999.

The Australian Quilt Show Challenge is a national competition for Australian quilters, running for the second year.
This is a juried competition and the finalists’ quilts will be on display at fair.
Total prize pool is worth $32,000 including $20,000 in cash and three Janome machines, each valued at $3,999 RRP.
Learn the story behind the Best of Show Grand Prize quilt! At 1:30pm daily, award-winning quiltmaker Lyn Crump will be in the display area near her quilt, Bev 10-08, to share how this quilt was created and the techniques used to make this spectacular quilt.
