Congratulations to the Winner of the Viewers' Choice Award
Congratulations Nicola Honan on winning the Sydney Craft & Quilt Fair Viewers’ Choice award in the Australian Quilt Show with her glorious quilt, An Impulsive Jungle Garden.
The quilt is a blend of colourful improvisation with machine piecing, raw edge appliqué with wood block and linocut printing techniques using richly textured fabrics and superbly finished with free motion machine quilting.
Nicola wins $250 which is proudly sponsored by @janomeaustralia and Expertise Events.

- Brisbane Craft & Quilt Fair is held at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, South Bank

You can purchase tickets to the Craft & Quilt Fairs online via our website or at the event.
Tickets are available at the door unless the event sells out prior. To ensure you don’t miss out, pre-purchase your tickets today!
Please send through the information you used to make your purchase (email address, name, contact number) through to [email protected] and we can look up and resend your ticket. If you are unable to find your ticket prior to attending the show, we can lookup and re-issue your ticket onsite.
To upgrade your ticket please see staff at the help desk when you arrive at the show, they will be able to assist you in paying the difference and upgrading your ticket to a higher level. Please note – a partial refund will NOT be provided if you wish to downgrade to a lower value ticket.
All event tickets and workshop bookings are non-refundable.
If you’re no longer able to attend, tickets are non-refundable—but you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else to attend in your place.
Yes. Children under 12 are free. Children 12-18 must be ticketed.

Sorry. The Craft & Quilt Fairs do not provide child care / creche services. Children under 13 must remain with their parent/guardian at all times.
Workshops – Yes, you’ll need to book a spot in your chosen workshop through the Craft & Quilt Fair website for the location you’re attending. If there’s still space available, you may also be able to book at the Help Desk on the day. However, as most workshops fill up quickly online, we strongly recommend securing your place in advance.
Please note that workshop bookings do not include entry to the event—entry tickets must be purchased separately.
Make & Takes – Please book when you arrive at the fair with the stand that is hosting that Make & Take. Please find more information on your cities Make & Take webpage.
Seminars – No booking’s required! Simply take a seat at the seminar space.

You are welcome to bring your QR code printed or on your device. We are able to scan your ticket directly from your phone or tablet. Please ensure your device is charged and that you have access to your confirmation email with your QR code.

All Craft & Quilt Fairs accept companion cards. Companion card holders must purchase their own ticket. When entering the event, please present your companion card to security and the companion may enter along side the ticket holder.
Yes! We have a cloaking room located in the information booth at each event. The cost of cloaking items is $2 for small items and $5 for large items.
No. Carts, luggage on wheels, and empty strollers will NOT be allowed during show hours. Exhibitors needing such items for legitimate business purposes will be allowed access at the opening and closing of business each day. This is a safety issue and no exceptions will be made
We attract local, national and international press to each Expertise event. In purchasing your ticket and in consideration for being admitted to the event, the holder consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity.
Holder also hereby: (1) releases Expertise Events from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and permits Expertise Events and its designees which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter know for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; and (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the event. Holder agrees not to make any recordings of any kind at designated activities without the express written permission of Expertise Events. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove from the event facilities any person who in our sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which we reasonably consider to be disruptive of the event.
If you have pets, please leave them at home. Our convention centres do not allow animals – except for service animals – into the buildings.
Yes, simply get a stamp at the door and you will be able to re-enter later that same day.
