Learn tapestry weaving in this fun class. You will learn a variety of techniques on a tiny tensioned loom created by Tracy. This piece can be made into a brooch, necklace or a mounted display.

Materials include: A kit including a tiny tensioned loom, warping thread and weaving tools. All yarns are included for use in class

Create your own small mosaic and learn how to work with a variety of materials such as tiles, glass beads, found items, pre-cut mosaic glass, plus cutting and shaping ceramic tiles. Learn how to make your designs pop with the use of flat colour, make shapes more defined, use grout lines as a design tool, how to achieve 3D imagery, colour and integrate grout colours. Project to be completed at home, and you will leave the class with all the necessary skills to do so.

Materials include: Glue, 200mm x 300mm base board, tiles, beads. You may bring pieces you would like to add to your mosaic

Once you have been inducted in various watercolour techniques such as wet to wet, solid, bold to bleed and mixing, you will apply your new skillset to create either a watercolour wreath, bouquet or letter.
