The cakes on show have been decorated with a quilting theme as part of a competition, and the public will have the chance to vote for their favourite sugar artist. Club members will also be running forty minute cake decorating demonstrations twice daily at the fair: • 11.45am – Beautiful Flowers • 2pm – Something Christmas Both at a professional level and as a rewarding and satisfying hobby, cake decorating is a fascinating art form. Visitors to the fair are invited to drop by to learn some of the tricks of the trade and to have all their questions answered.
