Getting to the Fair

The Claudelands Events Centre is on the corner of Brooklyn Road and Heaphy Terrace, Hamilton (formerly Waikato Showground). The centre is located 4 minutes drive north-east of the city centre, across the river. There is ample free parking available at the Centre with entry to parking on Heaphy Terrace (subject to change).

Travelling to the fair

From the North
Entering Hamilton travel along Te Rapa Straight, which continues as Ulster Street, through to the 4th set of traffic lights. (You will see Pak n Save to your right). Turn left onto Mill Street across the bridge, which leads into Boundary Road. You will come to a roundabout. Turn right onto Heaphy Terrace and as you drive the Claudelands Events Centre will appear on your left.

From the South
Get onto the main arterial route Cobham Drive and turn onto Grey Street. Drive North along Grey Street to the suburb of Claudelands and turn right at Brooklyn Road to be at Gate 1 of the Claudelands Events Centre.
