After a career in commercial textile printing, Deborah began her own quilting business from home. After five years and quilting more than 500 quilts she has worked out the best ways to use a domestic sewing machine to great effect.

Jane Austen's Sewing Box is Jennifer's new book which brings her twin passions of history and craft together. The skills of Jane Austen's women, set in the historical and literary context, are brought to life in 18 step-by-step craft projects, including sewing, needlework, netting, painting, papercraft and knitting.
Book signing: Jennifer will be signing her book at Can Do Books, Stand H06, from 2.30pm before the seminar and then after the seminar.
Seminar: Jane Austen's Women and Their Regency Crafts Explore the craft skills of Regency women in Jane Austen's novels.
